SHIPPING

  • Minimum order is $100.
  • Orders are shipped via FedEx Priority Overnight with signature upon delivery.
  • Each order shipped to the contiguous 48 states is charged $35 per shipping address.
  • Products shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico will have a surcharge of $20 per order.
  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
  • Orders must be placed before 11:30 am EST to be processed for next day delivery. All orders received after 11:30 am will be processed the next business day.
  • Orders are shipped on business days Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Friday after 11:30 or during the weekend will be shipped the following Monday or subsequent business day.
  • Once the order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot change or cancel orders once placed. If there are any issues or problems with your order, please contact us immediately.
  • Requested changes of shipping addresses cannot be guaranteed once an order has been placed.
  • Due to shipping limitations, we are unable to ship packages for delivery on the following holidays or the day thereafter: New Year’s Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas.
  • Due to the delicate nature of our product, we are unable to accept returns. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately. We apologize for any inconvenience.
  • NJC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged during shipping, contact the shipment carrier directly. Please save all packaging materials and damaged products before filing a claim.
  • You will be informed of any delay in completing your order. If any product in your order is out-of-stock, we will contact you to let you know of alternatives.
  • NJC LLC does not have control over the delivery of your order once it leaves our warehouse. Deliveries may be affected by weather conditions, excessive shipping volumes nationwide, or other issues beyond our control and responsibility.
  • Your caviar will be delivered in an insulated foam container along with ice packs in order to keep the adequate temperature for 48-70 hours. See the pictures below.
  • Please place your caviar in the coldest side of your fridge once received.
  • The expiration date is on the back of your caviar tin.
